The cover doesn't completely cover the tray, is easy for a baby to move and is definitely not a snug fit. Customer services sent me a link to the updated product available in Australia only, and have since not replied... Not impressed with the quality or service!

United KingdomGreat concept just not hardwearing
I like the concept of the high chair cover but I have used this for a week now and on day two the cover changed from a pink to tinge of orange in places which I now realise is where my daughter has purée on her hands and has held onto the side of the high hair. I would’ve thought it would have been a material that is easily cleaned and hardwearing enough knowing its uses. For the price of the cover and the price of the whole ikea high chair in the future I think I would rather pay for a new high chair at the same cost than buy a new cover for it to end up discoloured in a few uses

Nice material and colour but it’s not as tight a fit as I’d expected from the photos. It’s baggy and can be pulled off by a baby.

Awful experience from start to finish. I even had the owner of the company (Melina) contact me. She was rude and could not care less about customer satisfaction and just sent some mundane, standard response. For someone who supposedly cares about their business, it didn't come across this way. She hasn't even bothered to respond to my emails - despite the fact they check them several times a day of course. The silicon mat is thin, doesn't sit snuggly on the high chair and of course has a big dent in there it was folded to be sent out. It hasn't come out. Yet I'm expected to pay postage to send this back? What an absolute joke. PLEASE save your money and order from Giggle and Graze on Etsy or Amazon. Much better customer service and more reasonable prices too. I'm going to be honest, I have never received some bad customer service from a company in my life.
