Returns and exchanges for change of mind purchases
If you would like to return or exchange a product for ‘change of mind’ or another similar reason you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the product and we must have received the product within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please note that both the product and the packaging need to be in its original condition and unused when returned. We examine returned products and if items are missing do not provide a refund. We are not responsible if packages are misplaced or lost so we advise using a service that provides insurance or postage tracking as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will refund you the full amount (net of postage costs) once received and upon full inspection of the product(s) once we ensure they are still in new condition.
